Crossroads Connection Wins ARPA Grant

Crossroads-Connection is pleased to announce that we are one of 33 awardees of an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant. Over the next two years, Crossroads will receive funds that will enable us to expand our mission to alleviate hunger as a barrier to learning.

ARPA funds are restricted and must be used for items that support the infrastructure required for Crossroad’s growth (rent, non-food-related supplies, computer, and software).

As a part of our growth strategy and ARPA grant award, Crossroads has committed to expanding its mission to children who attend school in nearby “Food insecurity Zip Codes” defined by the government and intends to increase the number of children we serve from 110 to over 200 in the 2022/23 school year.

Throughout the next few months, you’ll hear more about our growth plans and how you can help. The Crossroads team cannot amply express how grateful we are for this community’s continued support and prayers.

Should you have any immediate questions or would like to learn how to volunteer your time, please contact us at info@crossroads-connection.org.
